Terms of service

1. Commission declining

Your commission may be declined for any reason, be it within the terms of service or not, at the discretion of the artist. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

- Using somene's likeness, voice or work without their permission.

- Content that violates local or international law.

2. Time Frame

Each project takes a different amount of time depending on its complexity and the artists schedule. The goal is less than a month, but a proper time frame will be given after discussing your commission.

3. Pricing and Payment

Rates are decided based on scope of the model, and so they may vary.50% is paid upfront, 50% after proof of completion (e.g., screenshots). Final files are sent after full payment.
Payment is via PayPal only.

4. Changes

Up to 2 reasonable changes during the process of modeling/texturing are free of charge. Any additional or large changes will have an extra fee added to the final payment.

5. Rights

The artist may share screenshots/renders for social media, portfolio, or other uses.The artist is not allowed to share model, texture or animation files to anyone other than the client.If you require complete confidentiality (no screenshots or portfolio use), a +10% fee applies over the final price.
